What we collect, and why
When you contact us
If you write to us or request a demo, we process the details you give us: name, work email, company, and the content of your message. We use them to answer you and to arrange the conversation you asked for. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or steps prior to a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider records technical access data (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) in server logs for security and stability. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for a short, fixed period and then deleted.
Analytics
Where we use analytics, it runs only after you have consented through the cookie banner. See the cookie policy for the tools in use and how to withdraw consent.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship and applicable retention periods. Server logs are deleted on a rolling basis.
Who receives it
We use service providers for hosting and email who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Liechtenstein this is the Datenschutzstelle. To exercise your rights, write to info@oneboard.group.
Changes
We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
